Island County engaged Rosenkranz Productions to bring independently developed planning documents together into one cohesive, 317-page Comprehensive Plan.

We developed a flexible publication design system that unified typography, page layouts, and the presentation of complex tables, charts, maps, and supporting graphics, while accommodating the distinct requirements of each section.

Produced for both print and digital distribution, the document also incorporates extensive internal navigation and links to external resources, making a large volume of detailed information easier to navigate and reference.
